At AMJ, we recognise that downtime means loss of productivity and costs money. From a breakdown perspective, our field service division can get your plant and / or machinery up and running as quickly as possible 365 days per year. We can also provide routine preventative maintenance as directed or can work with you to create a new asset management schedule to assist in minimising untimely breakdowns.
We offer –
- Breakdown service – Our field service division maintains a fleet of specialised trucks that can be despatched for all welding (MIG, TIG, Stainless Steel and Aluminium) and mechanical repairs 24/7, 365 days per year.
- Preventative Maintenance – Whether it’s weekly, monthly or quarterly preventative maintenance frequencies or medium to full time contract placement, we can tailor make a cost effective program to suit your business.
- Asset Management scheduling – AMJ can provide extensive site audits to assist in optimising existing preventative maintenance strategies and schedules. Should it be required a full implementation of a new Asset Management system can be arranged.
